The hotel is located near the city center with great restaurants and cafes nearby. the clean room has all the basic amenities like a comfortable bed and good sized bathroom. the electronic check-in is efficient, and email communication is smooth. the hotel also offers a nice view of the cathedral and the bathroom has fantastic cosmetics.
The hotel lacks human service with no staff at the reception desk.

Great location within walking distance to key attractions and easy-to-follow electronic check-in. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and very clean. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of amenities. Plus, the bathroom was fantastic!
Although we appreciated the self-service option, it would have been nice to have a person available at reception in case of any issues. It took some time to figure out how to generate new key cards when a colleague accidentally locked himself out.

The electronic check, in went smoothly and the room was clean, cozy and had a great view. the bed and pillows were very comfortable and the bathroom amenities were fantastic. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city's main attractions, and the self, service and email communication were well, managed.
The hotel was a bit overpriced for a self, service experience and it would have been nice to have a person at the reception. the electronic device used for check, in sometimes malfunctioned, causing inconvenience for some guests.
